Terms and Conditions
Delivery: Original art works can only be purchased in person at the studio or through a gallery acting as agent to Charles Hallsworth. All original art work must be collected by the client unless specifically agreed at time of purchase. If prints and cards are purchased via the Internet they will be delivered by first class Royal Mail and dispatched within 5 working days.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to dispatch. Commissions can be cancelled up to collection, but any deposit will be forfeit.
Returns/Refund: If items are returned within 5 working days a full refund will be given, providing they are in original condition. Exchange for equivalent priced items is negotiable.
Customer service: Please see details on the Contact page. The studio is usually manned 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 10:00am to 5:00pm, but access is by appointment or invitation during Open Studios.
Privacy Policy: No financial details of customers will be kept.
